My husband, Mike, and I are a dedicated team. As passionate pet parents ourselves, we understand the absolute peace of mind that comes from knowing your "babies" are in excellent hands while you're away.

​Our Expertise & Professional Background

​Mike brings valuable professional experience from working in a local Wisconsin pet store, giving him a deep understanding of unique animal needs and behaviors.
​
​Teri offers a strong background in security, having performed vacation home checks for the Neenah and Menasha Police Departments, ensuring your home's safety is always in expert hands.
​
​Our Commitment to Animal Welfare (Our Volunteer Roots)
​
​Our dedication to animals extends far beyond our professional lives. We believe in giving back to the animal community and have proudly volunteered for various rescues over the years:
​
​Mike has dedicated his time to the Fox Valley Humane Association and J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue.
​
​Teri’s extensive rescue background includes the Fox Valley Humane Association, Orphan Animal Rescue Sanctuary (OARS), events at the NEW Zoo, and Little Charlotte's Rescue (where she also proudly served on the Board of Directors).
​
​Active Support: We currently continue our hands-on rescue work by hosting monthly adoption events for J&R Aquatic Animal Rescue.
​

​Because we both have flexible work-from-home schedules, we have excellent availability. We often operate as a tag-team duo, trading off to ensure the highest level of care. This team dynamic offers major benefits for you:
​Continuous Coverage: One of us is always available to focus on your pets, while the other ensures our own pets are cared for at home.
​
​Built-in Reliability: Life happens, but you won’t have to worry. If an unexpected event or illness arises for one of us, the other can seamlessly step in so your pet’s routine is never disrupted.

​In-Home Care Only
​
​To maintain a peaceful balance for our own animals, we care for pets in our clients' homes only. In most cases, your pets will be most comfortable and less stressed in the environment they already know and love anyway.

​Whether you need a week-long stay or just a quick check-in, we are fully insured and happy to help. We strictly follow your detailed instructions to maintain a sense of normalcy for your furry family members, and we’ll happily send fun text or email updates along the way. Your peace of mind is our top priority!
